Vamsi P. Bonthala
Managing Principal
Vamsi Bonthala is a co-founder and Managing Principal of the Navnish Group. In this role, Vamsi oversees general corporate matters for Navnish Development and NVN Hotels and focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, investor relations and overseeing strategic partnerships. Prior to co-founding the Navnish Group, Vamsi practiced corporate law with the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on private equity transactions. Prior to joining Kirkland, Vamsi practiced law with the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in the firm’s real estate group.
Vamsi is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, where he received Class Honors and University Honors and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha and Sigma Iota Rho honor societies. Vamsi received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Vamsi is a member of the President’s Circle of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and serves on the Board of Directors of Open Books, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting literacy.
Sheenal C. Patel
Managing Principal
Sheenal Patel is a co-founder and Managing Principal of the Navnish Group. In this role, Sheenal oversees general corporate matters for Navnish Development and NVN Hotels and focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, investor relations and overseeing strategic partnerships. Prior to co-founding the Navnish Group, Sheenal was a Vice President with CharterMac/Related Capital Company, a real estate finance company. While at Charter, Sheenal originated and structured approximately $1 billion of debt products for multifamily housing projects and was responsible for leading Charter’s origination efforts in the Eastern Region of the United States. Prior to joining Charter, Sheenal was a Financial Analyst in the Leveraged Finance/Investment Banking Group of CIBC World Markets where he focused on structuring and originating leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and venture capital transactions.
Sheenal is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Sheenal is a member of the President’s Circle of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
Krishna S. Sangani
Chief Financial Officer
Krishna Sangani is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of the Navnish Group. In this role, Krishna focuses on financial reporting, corporate administration and general asset management matters for Navnish Development and NVN Hotels. Prior to co-founding the Navnish Group, Krishna was a Senior Director with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, a public benefit corporation which oversees New York City’s public health care system in all five boroughs. At HHC, Krishna supervised the accounting, auditing and finance departments, as well as being involved in various operational and managerial issues for HHC. Krishna has also practiced as an independent accountant and financial advisor and has immense experience servicing several individual and corporate hotel owners.
Krishna received his BSc in Accounting from the University of Bombay. Krishna is admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Suresh A. Patel
Chief Accounting Officer
Suresh Patel is a co-founder and Chief Accounting Officer of the Navnish Group. In this role, Suresh focuses on accounting matters, corporate administration and general asset management matters for Navnish Development and NVN Hotels. Suresh has significant experience in developing, owning and operating mid-market hotels throughout the United States. Prior to co-founding the Navnish Group, Suresh founded, and was the majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of, All-Service, Inc., an industrial parts manufacturer. Prior to founding All-Service, Suresh was a construction engineer with Campeau Corporation in Canada and Multi-Construction Corporation in Uganda.
Suresh received his BSc in Engineering from Gujarat State Engineering University.
Kenneth W. Stovall
Vice President of Operations
Kenneth Stovall is Vice President of Operations of NVN Hotels. Kenneth brings over 20 years of successful leadership experience to the team. Over the course of his career, Kenneth has had direct involvement in the development, acquisition and management of franchised (including Hilton, IHG, Choice and Wyndham brands) and independent full-service, focused-service and extended-stay hotels throughout the country. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Kenneth is responsible for the operations and performance of all hotels managed by NVN Hotels. In particular, Kenneth works closely with hotel staff in managing day to day operations, training, sales, food & beverage, human resources and accounting. Prior to joining NVN Hotels, Kenneth was with Integral Hospitality Solutions, a national hotel management company, with which he started as a hotel General Manager and ultimately rose to Director of Operations overseeing a multi-hotel portfolio. Prior to Integral, Kenneth was Senior Property Manager for the Charter Property Companies, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 30 properties in four states.
Kenneth served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps for ten years where he was responsible for training officers, as well as agents of the DEA and FBI. Kenneth attended Auburn University and holds several hotel General Manager certifications and is also certified with the National Center for Housing in Washington, DC and in property management and leasing.
